Software QA Engineer Lead

· Establishing the Test Projects and execution directive
· Planning project workload and needed resources
· Preparing test planning sessions and retrospective reviews
· Managing a development and testing strategy with the creation of the project documentation for a complex system and business requirements to ensure stability of the product
· Creation of scenarios and implementation of Integration and UI Automation Test Cases using the most suitable tools
· Creation of custom automation frameworks, interfaces and tools using best practices, patterns and supporting frameworks and service vendors
· Creation, maintenance and execution of Dynamic Analysis Security Testing using tools and service vendors
· Collaboration with development teams to provide better products
· Investigation and correction of software bugs and deficiencies based on the testing results
· Leading training sessions and presentations related to the SQA
· Using appropriate test management tools
· Using, supporting and providing education on various types of testing techniques/patterns

Required experience: 4+ years
